4.0. Intellectual Property.
All content, algorithms, and roadmaps generated by Wizeon remain the intellectual property of Wizeon. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or commercially exploit the service without written permission.
5.0. Limitation of Liability.
Wizeon shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the fees you paid in the preceding 12 months.
